Order Processing:

• All purchased items will be carefully prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding Pre-orders, which will have a specified estimated ship date.
• Next day shipping is available upon request, with charges starting at $39. Prices may vary based on weight and shipping distance.

Special Considerations:

• For Restocks or Pre-order items, we kindly ask that you refrain from selecting express shipping.
• Orders eligible for overnight shipping must be placed by 1 PM EST. Please be aware that there is no signature required upon delivery, and you assume full responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or misplacement. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.

Holiday and Sale Periods:

• During holidays and major sales, there may be a slight delay in shipping. We appreciate your understanding and recommend adding an extra 1-3 days to our standard 3-5 business days shipping policy.

Tracking Information:

• Rest assured, we value transparency. Once your package is shipped, we will promptly send you an email containing the tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey.

Lost or Stolen Shipments:

• While we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments. For assistance with such matters, please contact your local post office.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
